Everything that has to do with the iPhone SE 4 is currently trending in the technology niche following rumors that Apple will launch the phone in 2025. Apple has a rather splendid treat for fans and this may well be the best SE out there! There are rumors of an A18 chip and a tremendously flexible 5G modem — all of this is exciting.

A New Brain for the iPhone SE 4: The A18 Chip

Apple’s iPhone SE models have been released with a powerful technology at a very affordable price. Well, it looks like the SE 4 will keep up the same tradition as all the others! As news indicates it’s supposed to be powered by the A18 chip that is present in the current generation iPhone 16 series.

It will enable the iPhone SE 4 to perform tasks at a way much faster and efficient than was possible before. It can drive multitasking, gaming and social networking without any lag, slow down or issues.

The All-in-One 5G Modem: What’s That?

Well, now are all set to rise a notch higher in Mystery. Apple has been developing its own 5G modem for some time, and it appears that the iPhone SE 4 will be one of the first to try it out. This modem, code-named Centauri (I hope you vividly picture the future now, don’t you?), will not only support 5G, but also Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and GPS. Yes and all of that in such a small device!

Before, phones required extra connectors altogether for each of these facilities. But now, Apple wants to put all of the features in one small modem and that would mean the device would be more efficient.

What About the Design?

The sources have claimed that the iPhone SE 4 could actually look like any other iPhone on the market, with iPhone 14 look alike. It could probably put an end to this Touch ID fingerprint sensor and perhaps introduce the face ID feature. Rather than hitting a button on the side, you will be able to unlock your phone, you just look at the phone.

Oh, and speaking of that, the rumoured 6.1-inch OLED should also be mentioned. The ray of colors will definitely come out; altogether everything will simply appear much clearer. Of course, there’s a notch for the TrueDepth camera system, but the iPhone SE 4 won’t launch with the trendy Dynamic Island cutout for now.

Camera Magic

Making a comparison with other devices, it is known that iPhone SE 4 values will be packaged with only one non-telephoto lens of the rear camera. But don’t let that fool you! Some sources claim that it might be provided with the same camera of 48 MP as used in iPhone 15. In other words, you’ll still be able to take some really great pictures. It doesn’t actually matter if you need to capture images of the feline or your sandwich, or simply the spectacular view of the sunset.

Other Fun Things that You Can Expect

The iPhone SE 4 is now expected to be more than a cheap smartphone. The highlights include an Action Button that will enable one to adapt what buttons such as the camera or silent mode perform. Maybe even with a USB-C port, like many other iPhone releases that came before it.

When Can We Expect It?

So, please save the date for early 2025. That is when the world might see the iPhone SE 4. And the price? This does not count for the “Pro” version of the SL1 which is speculated to be selling at $1000 but I am pretty sure you can get your hands on one for something like $400-$500, a lot of value for a camera with such classy paraphernalia.

Final Thoughts

It’s safe to say that iPhone SE 4 is on the way to change the budget smartphone market. They have used the A18 chip, an all-in-one, 5G modem, and have given it a new look which should draw the eyes. And that’s why if you are an IT freak or just an ordinary man, who is searching for a powerful smartphone but does not want to overpay, the iPhone SE 4 could be something you should look forward to.
